Dan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Valiant Sky Ventures, LLC (VSV) and VSV is the product developer for the ENoVate Hangs EZ fence post hanger.  Dan has had a strong desire to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure in starting a company for many years now.  He realized a long time ago that planning is integral for ensuring a company’s success.  He started on the planning phase for VSV around 2011 with the initial idea and development of the ENoVate Hangs EZ fence post hanger – the company’s first product.  Dan has a long history in business having been an environmental consultant for nearly 30 years.  He is also a Navy Veteran having served on active duty and in the Naval Reserve, and retiring after 26 years of service.  His time in the military helped to forge his discipline that would be instrumental in obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.  Prior to attending Texas A&M, he attended Tarrant County College in Hurst, Texas and the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas.

Dan has been married to his wife (and best friend), Judy, since 1983. He is the very proud father of four children – Amy, Shaun, Ryan and Stuart.  And, he is the very proud grandfather of seven grandchildren.  Dan is determined for VSV to be a prime example of a successful veteran-owned family-owned small business that focuses on the customer.  He knows through his decades of business experience that consistently delivering quality products the customer expects and deserves is key to the company’s success.  When Dan isn’t busy at work he enjoys and truly appreciates being with his family and making great memories.  He also enjoys exploring the outdoors whenever he can and visiting new places.  Dan is an avid supporter of his community and local businesses where he resides in Jefferson, Texas.
